E.T.& L. Corp. has been subcontracted to perform sitework for a new gas company training facility in Shrewsbury. The contract, totaling $5 million, includes clearing and grubbing of the area, stripping topsoil, site cuts and fills of 180,000 cy, rip rap slope stabilization, furnishing and installing gravel for sidewalks and bituminous paving base, and furnishing and installing the site drainage system and concrete curb. In September of 2016, E.T.& L. Corp. was the low bidder on a major site project in Marlborough, MA. The $11,000,000.00 project for Walker Realty, LLC is to prepare the site for the construction of the Apex Center, a state-of-the-art entertainment complex. In December of 2015, E.T.& L. Corp was awarded a $4.8 Million project by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to build phase II of the Clipper City Rail Trail. This project is part of the development of the Border to Boston Trail, the Coastal Trails Coalition, and the much larger vision of the East Coast Greenway, which seek to expand these systems of bicycle and pedestrian trails as alternative transportation links to town centers, schools, businesses and amenities, and public…
The Methuen Rotary Reconstruction Project includes replacing the Route 110, Route 113, and I-93 Rotary in Methuen to alleviate significant congestion and safety concerns.  The project will replace the existing rotary with a partial cloverleaf interchange; will build or realign four ramps; build new I-93 loop ramps; realign Route 110/113; build new signalized intersections east and west of the interchange; and improve conditions for pedestrians and cyclists.
