The $64.5 million MassDOT Methuen Rotary Reconstruction Project included replacing the Route 110, Route 113, and I-93 Rotary in Methuen to alleviate significant congestion and safety concerns. The project replaced the existing rotary with a partial cloverleaf interchange; four ramps were built or realigned; new I-93 loop ramps were built; Route 110/113 was realigned; new signalized intersections east and west of the interchange were constructed; and pedestrian and cyclist conditions were improved.
