Management Professionals

Owners and engineers prefer to work with E.T.& L. Corp. because they know they are doing business with professionals. This talented team of professional engineers, civil engineers, project managers, and superintendents sets E.T.& L. apart from most other construction companies. Over the years, the Company has employed and trained individuals who remain steadfast to its goal: a deserved reputation for constructing quality projects on time, professionally and harmoniously with all parties involved.

Professional Engineers

The Company’s licensed Professional Engineers are a tremendous asset. Often, the final product of a construction project is fully designed; however, there are many interim phases during construction that require civil engineering designs to be stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer.

In keeping with current “green” construction practices, E.T.& L. Corp. employs a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). LEED is an internationally recognized “green” building certification program developed by the US Green Building Council. LEED provides owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

Civil Engineers

The Company staff also consists of an engineering support system of many Civil Engineers with advanced degrees. These individuals handle a myriad of responsibilities ranging from project costs in the bid phase to purchasing and project management upon award of a contract. These engineers also coordinate between the Owner/Designer and the Company’s field operations.

Experience

In any discipline of work, there is no substitute for experience. That is what the team of Project Managers and Superintendents at E.T.& L. brings to the company. The Project Team is responsible for developing the strategy, timeline and schedule for getting the job done. Superintendents utilize their vast experience and knowledge to lead the crew of laborers, operators, carpenters and teamsters toward their goal, which is a quality, finished product. They are also trained in the use of state-of-the-art GPS Survey technology and have the skills to lay out the work.
