OPENING OF EAST STREET BRIDGE IN LUDLOW/WILBRAHAM IS MAKING NEWS!

The rehabilitation of the East Street Bridge in Ludlow and Wilbraham has the community, who has been unable to use this closed bridge for over 2 ½ years, very excited. E.T.& L.
