In June, 2019, E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on a $6.6 million project for the Westfield-Barnes Airport. The work included the reconstruction of 5,000’ long x 75’ wide Runway 15-33 and associated taxiways, installation of new airfield lights and signs, runway grooving and installation of FAA NAVAIDS. Additionally, 4,000’ of 12” RCP drainage and 31 catch basins were installed along with the runway reconstruction. All of the work was completed on time, within 157 days.
