In September of 2016, E.T.& L. Corp. was the low bidder on a major site project in Marlborough, MA. The $14,000,000.00 project for Walker Realty, LLC was to prepare the site for the construction of the Apex Center, a state-of-the-art entertainment complex. Preparation of the site included installation of a sewer system, water system, excavation and backfill for both electric and gas lines, pavement of roadway, parking, and sidewalks, and excavation and backfill of building foundations.
