E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder in July of 2017 on a project for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).  The $849,000 dollar project was for the Worcester Recovery Center & Hospital – Parking Lot.  The project consisted of a new parking lot, associated site lighting, stormwater management improvements and the restoration of a historic copula.
