E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on a project for the Lower Village Roadway Improvements for the Town of Stow, MA. The project provided one travel lane in each direction with 5-foot shoulders on either side of the roadway, as well as pedestrian, bike, and traffic safety improvements. Work along a portion of Great Road, Route 117, included excavation, full-depth HMA pavement reconstruction, box widening, overlaying existing pavement, construction of a new storm drain system and installation of subsurface infiltration system, ADA/AAB-compliant wheelchair ramps, removal and installation of traffic signs, application of new pavement markings.
