In July 2021, E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on a MassDOT project in Framingham to reconstruct a section of Union Avenue. The project included improvements to Union Avenue for approximately 1.4 miles from Proctor Street to Main Street.  Specifically, the improvements included full depth roadway reconstruction and pavement resurfacing, drainage improvements, ornamental lighting, reconstruction of sidewalks with ADA compliant ramps, provision of bicycle accommodations and parking, as well as geometric modifications, new traffic signal systems and upgraded traffic signal systems. The project also included the rehabilitation of Bridge No. F-07-004 over the Sudbury River. Work on this project was completed in September 2024.
