In December 2022, E.T.& L. was awarded a $4.24 million contract from the MassDOT for the Intersection Improvements and Related Work (Including Roundabout Construction) on Winthrop Street (Route 44) and Bay State Road / Anawan Street (Route 118) in the Town of Rehoboth. The project has a total project duration of 922 days; with final completion slated to occur in July 2025.

The scope of work for the project consists of converting an existing signalized intersection into a roundabout; including roadway reconstruction, installation of roundabout design elements, drainage improvements, roadway lighting, pedestrian and bicycle accommodations, and traffic signal removal. The extent of roadway work on Route 44 encompasses approximately 0.25 miles and 0.10 miles on Route 118.
