In December of 2020, E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on a $2 million project to rehabilitate River Road in Clinton, MA. This project consisted of roadway construction, slope armament, and improvements to the existing drainage system, including grading, paving, placement of rip-rap along the slope adjacent to Lancaster Mill Pond, construction of stormwater detention basin, installation of slotted drain pipe and particle separator, wetland restoration, demolition of the existing drainage structures and piping. Work also included the demolition of a field stone stilling well and associated diversion berms and channel.
