In the Spring of 2023, E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on the Claybrook Road Bank Stabilization project for the Town of Dover, Massachusetts. This $1.8 million project included installation of steel sheet pile wall and tiebacks, grading and stabilization of the bank, wetland restoration, installation of new storm drain pipe and catch basin, reconstruction of the roadway, construction of bituminous curb, and installation of guardrail.
