In 2018, Waste Management awarded E.T.& L. Corp. a $4.5 million contract for the final of the Chicopee Landfill.   The work consisted of shaping and grading of approximately 30 acres of landfill waste along with the furnishing and installation of a sand bedding layer, coordination with the owner installed HDPE liner and drainage geocomposite, the furnishing and installation of an 18” vegetative support layer and the installation of storm water controls.
