In 2018, E.T.& L. Corp. was awarded a contract for the implementation of the Waste Excavation and Relocation project and associated activities at the Clinton South Meadow Road Landfill.  The work for the project included the removal and stockpiling of existing soil final cover components, the removal of waste fill and transporting it to the Phase 2 area of the Landfill for disposal, and replacing the removal area with clean soil.  Work also included the construction of a perimeter access road, the construction of a stormwater management basin, and the removal of silt from an existing storwater management basin.
