Location: RUSSELL, MA
In April, 2020, E.T.& L. Corp. was low bidder on a $2.3 million MassDOT project to rehabilitate the existing Pond Brook Culvert under I-90 in Russell, MA. The culvert was slip-lined with galvanized steel tunnel liner plates and low density cellular concrete grout. The project also included headwall repairs, site clearing & grubbing, erosion control, and other incidental work. Work on this project was completed in December, 2020.
