In September 2021, E.T.& L. Corp. completed a six phase project in downtown Worcester on McGrath Blvd valued at $6.4 million. The project consisted of the construction of a new section of the Blackstone Bike Path on Hermon St and McGrath Blvd located near the new Polar Park. The previous bridge over Madison St had a complete concrete deck replacement and was widened to accommodate the new bike path. Other work included new drainage, curbing, concrete median, street lighting, traffic signal, and sidewalk.
